This apartment is conveniently located across the street from metro Lamarck-Caulaincourt - the hub of Montmartrois activity. It is filled with great local flavour, making it an extremely enjoyable spot for a vacation or convenient location for a business stay.
In addition to the metro, there is an ATM cash dispenser directly beside the apartment and a great brasserie called le Refuge just beside it that is always full of people on the terrace watching the comings and goings of the tourists and locals as they exit the metro to explore the charms of the area.
Location
Everything is directly at your disposal in this area. In addition to the metro station being across the street, the post office is just beside you and Sacre-Coeur is only about a five to seven minute walk away.
Rue Caulaincourt, the street parallel to Lamarck, is filled with both elegant and casual eating spots, boutiques, food stores and more. In the opposite direction of rue Caulaincourt, you'll be in the heart of North Montmartre with a famous fresh market on rue Duhesme and rue du Poteau as well as more local shops.
When you walk into this grand apartment building, you will take the stairs down one flight to find your Parisian getaway.
You arrive directly into a large foyer upon entering the flat.
Conveniently, all rooms in this apartment are off the foyer.
Immediately to your right, you have a large salon and dining area.
This was originally two rooms but was opened up to provide a grander area to lounge in and is known in France as a 'double sejour'.
In addition to the dining table and sofa, there is an antique secretary which, if you have a wireless internet card, can provide you with an unlimited connection to the worldwide web.
The cable television with DVD player, along with a selection of DVD's, is located in this room and the sofa conveniently opens to a bed for two.
A very unique feature to this apartment is a private terrace that is located off of the dining area.
We have a patio table for two along with chairs that you can bring out should you wish to enjoy a coffee in the morning or have a break for wine in the evening.
The kitchen, located to your left after walking into the flat, has all of the modern amenities you would need to create a wonderful gourmet meal.
The beautiful design with granite counter top makes it a pleasure for even the most novice cook to work in.
If you really are not much of a cook, however, there is a little chair at the end of the counter top where you can sit and watch as your partner prepares something delightful for you.
The kitchen, like all other rooms, has a large window, providing a constant stream of light.
The bedroom has a large, comfortable queen sized bed with fresh linen.
Overhead, there is an antique chandelier to help you dream of Parisian splendour.
The window on the far wall, offers you sunshine to wake up to.
The window looks on to a quiet, inner courtyard as does the window in the kitchen.
If you prefer to sleep in, you can close the secure window shutters to block out both light and noise.
On the wall opposite to the window, you have literally a wall of storage space - quite rare in Paris flats!
Feel free to put your belongings in here.
The toilet is located in a room separate from the bathroom.
We suggest you enjoy a nice shower or relaxing bath when you have returned home from a long day of walking and exploring.

Montmartre is an interesting little neighbourhood full of history and quirky little shops.
Having the metro just outside of your door means that the rest of Paris is easily accessible. Have fun exploring it!
Security Deposit: 200
A security deposit if required, is used to cover excessive use of electricity (e.g. air condition on full with external doors left open), excessive cleaning costs, and also covers damage, breakage and loss to any of the property contents. The Deposit must be paid by CC
The security deposit less any such charges will be refunded by bank transfer or check, as soon as the Management Company has completed its inventory and occupancy report. Usually refunded within 28 days after your departure from the property. Renters are liable for all damage and loss to the property during their stay. .

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
-Your Paris vacation apartment is cleaned before you arrive and after you leave without an additional fee. For stays shorter than a week, additional charges may apply.
-Check in Time: 4:00 PM Check Out Time : 10:00AM. For check in/out before 8:30 or after 20:30, special arrangements will need to be made and there is a charge of 50 Euros. This fee should be paid in Euros/cash only directly to your greeter when you arrive at your Paris vacation apartment.
-It is important to realise that renting a Paris vacation apartment is not the same as renting a hotel room. You are staying around regular people who live and work in Paris. As a result, you may hear the noise of someone walking above you or other noises related to regular residents. For the most part, there is rarely excessive noise but it can happen from time to time that someone may have a party or friends over later than normal. In this case, the polite thing to do after 22:00 is to knock on the neighbour's door and ask them nicely to be a bit quieter.
-The security deposit will also be applied to long distance telephone calls not included in the apartment's phone plan as well as the loss of keys and/or damage of locks. Please do not leave keys in the back of the door inside the apartment. We will then need to call a locksmith to gain access and you will be resposinble for these charges.
-Although our rates include cleaning after you depart, if the Paris vacation apartment is not left in a reasonably tidy state, we will apply part or all of your security deposit toward the extra cost of cleaning.
