The main living area has a double bed, a study area and a living space with one comfortable sofas-bed for one person, a TV and a stereo. There’s room for two more guests on the mezzanine level.

The spacious fully-equipped kitchen is separated from the living area by the original wooden beams. It comes with everything you’ll need, including a washing machine, fridge, hob, microwave oven and coffee machine.

A roomy bathroom includes a bathtub, basin and toilets.

This furnished stereo is very calm, and ideally located in a lively pedestrian street in the centre of Paris but still right next to all the trendy bars and clubs of the Marais.

You can rent this furnished accommodation for vacation rentals and long term rentals.

There is a refundable security deposit due upon arrival. The amount will vary depending on the property you choose. This amount will show in the terms and conditions as well as in the booking flow. After checkout, the manager will refund the deposit once the unit is inspected and found to have no damage.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-Check in Time no earlier than 4:00 PM. Check out time no later than 10:00AM

1. All homes are cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival
2. Property’s price includes reasonable use of utilities
3. Animals/pets are strictly not permitted.
4. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible.
5. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm.
6. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges.
7. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement
8. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home.
9. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions

-You and your party are responsible for all damage and loss to the villa and its contents during your stay. If you or any member of your party cause any damage to the villa or any item in it or on its premises, you and/or your party may be required to pay for the loss and/or damage caused to the fullest extent and in this event we will hold you and each member of your party jointly and individually responsible.
