The Residence is a fourteenth century palace, located on the Lido of Venice, in the most ancient area of the city: Malamocco, between the sea and the venetian lagoon, offers peaceful moments and beautiful sunsets. The sea is 5 minutes walking from the villa.

This charming house has a total of 7 rooms and boasts antique furniture and Murano glass chandeliers. Breakfast is a rich buffet of sweet and savory products.  

All the rooms have an elegant style, with wood-beamed ceilings and tapestries on the walls. All rooms come with private bathroom with shower or bathtub and a hairdryer, and offer double or king-size bed, air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV, a direct dial telephone, free wifi Internet access and minibar.

The Guests have free access to the pool area of our partner hotel, and get a welcome discount to the adjoining restaurant. Tennis courts, horse riding, helicopter tours and bicycle riding are other activities you can book at the desk.

The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the center of Lido (vaporetti station)every morning from  8:30 am to 10:30 am.
