CITY CENTRE APARTMENTS BY RENT

Guests need to contact Rentalinitaly to arrange a meeting time in order to collect the apartment?s keys and to check-in. Arrangement should be made at least 7 days prior to arrival by email to: info@rentalinitaly.com or by telephone at +39 3488520817. Meeting point will be fixed at the water bus station nearest to the apartment when guests communicate their arrival time. If guests fail to fix the appointment and/or to meet at the public boat stop, Rentalinitaly cannot guarantee the check-in. All clients have to be informed about the rules about the arrival (including late arrival fee); it needs to be mentioned in the voucher. The rates do not include tourist tax (EUR 1-2.5 per person per night), final cleaning Euro 45 per booking, late check-in: from 19.30 to 24.00: Euro 50. It is not possible to check-in after midnight. Security deposit of Euro 200 required the day of arrival by credit card (Visa and Mastercard accepted). The deposit will be pre-authorized and any damage will be credited up to 4 days after departure, to allow the cleaning staff to carry out supervision of the status of the unit.
